1. Company Details

Rangfunk.com is owned and operated by Rangfunk (a sole proprietorship registered in India). We design and sell printed apparel including T-shirts, hoodies, and accessories.

2. Ordering & Payments

  • All prices on the website are listed in INR and are inclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.
  • We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit cards, and COD (Cash on Delivery, where available).
  • Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation (except COD orders).

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
  • Standard delivery across India takes 5–8 working days depending on your location.
  • We are not liable for delays due to courier disruptions, natural calamities, or holidays.

4. Exchanges & Refunds

We offer easy size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued only in cases of defective or incorrect products. For full details, see our Exchange & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Rangfunk.com — including designs, slogans, images, and logos — are the intellectual property of Rangfunk and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.

6. User Conduct

  • You agree not to misuse the website, commit fraud, or violate applicable Indian laws while using our services.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order or block users who abuse our platform.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not been processed or printed.
  • Custom orders, once printed, cannot be cancelled or refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive for accuracy, but Rangfunk is not liable for typographical errors, technical issues, or delays caused by third-party logistics or payment providers.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
